This cash is will be very much welcomed.    <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>For Britain to be Europe\u2019s centre for technological innovation, science-based businesses must be at the heart of the UK\u2019s economic recovery.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>Professor Sir Peter Knight, President of the Institute of Physics<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Details are patchy at the moment, but the money is intended to help attract private investors.
