The talk will he held at the Institute&#8217;s offices in London from 6pm, 22 May 2013.<\/p>\n<table border=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\nIn his new book Smolin suggests the laws of physics are not fixed, but rather  they evolve in time.
