That's not something that should be protected speech. We do have websites that track lies, but if people don't pay attention to them, then they don't do any good. People remember the lie, and what's more, many will remember it as if it were the truth, <em>even if it is later debunked</em>. I don’t think you should (or do) have the right to lie. Perhaps it would be a better option to make a website that tracks every lie every candidate has made.
