Still, however they are doing this it&#8217;s neat.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s an additional bit <a href=\"http:\/\/kottke.org\/14\/01\/how-does-the-snow-diving-fox-hunt\">on kottke,<\/a> showing acoustic location instruments (&#8220;war tubas&#8221;) which were used until radar took over.
