Turns out that <a href=\"http:\/\/physicsandphysicists.blogspot.com\/2008\/02\/rate-of-speed.html\">Physics and Physicists<\/a> blogged about it a week or so ago.<\/p>\n<p>But I&#8217;ll add an &#8220;I concur&#8221; to it.
