Thou shalt not abuse Flash.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Adobe&#8217;s (ADBE) popular Web animation technology powers everything from the much-vaunted Nike (NKE) Plus Web site for running diehards to many humdrum banner advertisements.
