Fantastic: another tool to calculate things without understanding. What’s the point of that? If you care about “teaching to the test”, then the triangle (or pentagram) might be a helpful tool. But if you want the students to understand what’s going on, I don’t see how either would be any help.
The goal of an educational program shouldn’t be teaching students to be able to replicate what computers can effortlessly do.
