Shuttle flyby in the DC area this morning, so there were several of us on various (horizontal and flat) rooftops
Never even noticed the chase plane until I looked at the pictures.
Nice shot. I was in my car when it came over, so I didn’t attempt any photography, but I was fortunate to be right at the top of the new overpass for the 14th St. Bridge on 295 southbound when it went over. I got an outstanding view of the shuttle (and the chase plane) as it went by.
