Top liquid Nitrogen fact: costs about the same as beer.*
Another: you can stick your finger in it, for a short while without being burnt. the layer of boiling nitrogen that forms around your finger is a poor heat conductor.

*well, used in the late 90s, in the UK, between 1-2 GBP.
