That was one of the coolest things I’ve seen. So from what I understand about chemistry, as the bottle becomes more pressurised, then there is more molecules in the bottle, which means that the atomscan’t move around as much so the alcohol is liquidised. And when the cap is removed, then the sudden drop in pressure can vaporise the alcohol.
I don’t quite understand why the alcohol turns into a gas when it is only being returned to its original pressure. Shouldn’t it remain as a liquid?
