Sounds like dealing with comcast cable! Service down for 15 days of a thirty day month. I asked for my bill to be adjusted accordingly. I had to explain to the manager…alright so thirty days, 15 days of service provided. Multiply the price of monthly service by 1/2. I still don’t think he understood.
